I like how Daniel Micheals give us challeges with our camera. Even though its scary but it was fun! He look over our work. And he tells us what he likes and what could be better. He always ask us if we have any questions. The only thing I wish to make it better since the event was huge event is where we can spot him better whenever we want to look for him.

I have known Dan from his years of work at. Ra-Lin's. He has always been very helpful. At this event, Dan was always asking if I had any questions and was very willing to help us. Thanks, Dan for finally getting me to come to photograph the Watchfire, I loved it.

I thought that Al aspects of this training were excellent. It incorporated the key elements that makes a training excellent: 1) A trainer who can put trainees at ease. 2) A trainer who is knowledgeable & passionate about the subject. 3) The subject matter is presented in a fun and understandable way. 4) The opportunity to learn and then apply the subject matter. 5) The opportunity to practice what was learned. 6) Have all questions answered in a nonjudgmental fashion.

This was the best class I have had so far with your organization. The instructor was very knowledgeable and offered individual hands on instruction. He took the time to explain camera usage for those that were new to photography and demonstrated different camera setting scenarios. I would definitely take another class with him.

This event was great! It exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to participate in another meetup. Daniel's teaching style was right up my alley. Even though I am a novice when it comes to working with my camera I had a lot of fun. Would 100% recommend taking a class with Daniel!

Photography is not just a job to me, it is a passion, a way of life, some may even say, it is an obsession. Very rarely will you see me without a camera over my shoulder. My passion for the art of photography started way back in high school. Since that time I have devoted my life to creating images and teaching. I do not limit myself to the studio, I also shoot street photography and an occasional wedding.

After high school I moved to Atlanta GA to study photography at the Portfolio Center and later at the Art Institute of Atlanta. During this time I started to assist several photographers in the area. After my education I moved back to Syracuse and became a studio manager, and taught photography on the Syracuse University campus.

I took my son to see an old friend because he wanted to play with wire wool and try and get some "cool" pictures. We also took some led masks with us too. Was an eventful night and I'm sure somewhere along the line will see the rest of the results here

That's in February this year, Bagan was spending in the most beautiful season. That afternoon, heading back from the Ayeyarwady River (the longest river in Myanmar), along the pathway that leads from a huge pagoda to the village, I take a quick stop and cap this picture accidentally. Under the sunset, even though stand between the stranger locals and unfamiliar scenes, I feel like I touched the most resplendent but intimate moment in Bagan. I live near the water. As I worked in my garden, this eagle landed near the water's edge. It stayed long enough for me to grab my good old Cannon Rebel and I was able to capture several images with my 200mm lens. The bird seemed to have no fear of me. I moved slowly peacefully towards it and I ended up about 25' away. I did not want to scare it, so I only captured a few images. When I had finished, the bird remained here for quite some time. It was an amazing experience. I did crop the image to
